AcroMeta Deepens Indonesian Nickel Push with Strategic Partnership and Mine OptionAcroMeta Group Limited has advanced its move into Indonesian nickel trading and mining through a strategic partnership involving its subsidiary AcroMeta Minerals and PT Esa Jaya Labdagati. Under a newly executed Deed of Undertaking, EJL&rsquo s majority shareholder, Ms. Elisabet, has committed to help AcroMeta Minerals secure, at its option, a 51% stake in CV Hastora Raya&rsquo s mining concession in Morawali, Central Sulawesi, enabling potential joint development of a nickel mine in compliance with Indonesian law. While AcroMeta Minerals will not trade nickel directly in Indonesia and will instead operate via EJL to ensure regulatory compliance, EJL will assist in boosting AcroMeta&rsquo s capabilities and competitiveness in the global nickel market. Pursuant to the Deed of Undertaking, Ms. Elisabet has committed to assist and facilitate arrangements for AM, at its sole option, to acquire a 51% interest in CV Hastora Raya?s (?CV?) interest in the mining business license area (?Mining Concession?) currently owned by CV in Morawali, Central Sulawesi (the ?Proposed Acquisition?), as well as assist and facilitate the fulfilment of any conditions precedent and restructuring, as necessary to give effect to the Proposed Acquisition. The Proposed Acquisition will allow AM to jointly develop the nickel mine in the Mining Concession, in a manner consistent with the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. CV is a limited partnership, duly established and governed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and 95% owned by Ms. Elisabet.
