Surely more follow-up from SGX Regco as few queries not answered. Will not be surprised if SGX Regco issued Trade with Cautious Alert anytime for both companies. Transferring $ (or paper $, or creative $) between the 2 companies, till SGX queried that the subscription from Incredible into Ntegrator is essentially for Ntegrator to increase its stake in Incredible. In any case, cash from both companies already ATM-ed, buying into interested party companies, with some companies set up recently only. |
