The reasons for seeking the Waiver and Results Announcement Extension are as follows: (i) In order to finalise the FY2019 Results the Board would need to review and consider, inter alia, any possible impairment to and the appropriate value of the Group?s intangible assets as well as the value of the Company?s investment in subsidiaries. (ii) Following several discussions with its external auditors and taking into account the changing regulatory environment with respect to paclitaxel coated products which in turn may lead to changes in the Company?s assumptions and projections as well the possibility of corporate actions involving these intangible assets and/or investment in subsidiaries, the Company?s Board of Directors has decided the best way forward is to commission an independent valuation on the Group?s intangible assets in order to have greater clarity on the value to be attributed to the Group?s intangible assets and/or value of the Company?s investment in subsidiaries. Such independent valuation is expected to take about one (1) month to complete. |

Can take 0.004 if got chance. trend should be reversing as company is applying to FDA for its Choc Heart acc to the last QR. The tech is worth about $68m based on an option contract. | ||

Seem so based on 2018 FR...Biomedical Sciences Investment Fund owns 3.18% Saw Adew Acquistion is also on the top 20 SHs list. Another day when all the 0.004 were taken out. Something is definitely brewing

[Extract from 3rd Qtr Result on 14 Nov 2019] The Company had on 25 June 2018 completed the sale of the Group&rsquo s non-coated coronary products for S$26.3 million to Teleflex under the asset purchase and option agreement (&ldquo APOA&rdquo ) dated 28 May 2018. Under the APOA, Teleflex has an option to acquire Chocolate Heart&trade for S$65.6 million which is exercisable upon the receipt of a premarket approval fromthe FDA. The Company is currently in the early stages of submitting an application to the FDA for the commencement of the pivotal clinical trial for Chocolate Heart&trade . The Company will update shareholders via SGXNET as and when there are any material developments on the aforementioned. The above comment made by the management in 3Q report seems interesting. Will traders start to come back once QT submits the application to FDA? On trading, there seems to be some interest returning. Are big traders accummulating and awaiting for the annoucment? The buy order at 0.003 has steadily grown to 60m and 0.004c has been chipped away. Sell volume at 0.005 and 0.006 are relatively small of 17m and 13m relatively. Are we expecting action soon? |
