One big impact I see is that many potential sellers of older apartments are now going to progressively hold back their units for sale in the resale market - particularly those in good locations and with enbloc potential. This will put a squeeze on supply. Landed properties will also be in demand, due to limited supply and as enbloc sellers who have been successful in their sales, will now turn to the landed market, as the new apartments will be too small for their liking. Property prices are not going to go down, unless there is a terrible unforseen crises, something along the scale of SARS or the GFC. |

Have been monitored this counter after the CIMB brokerage house recommended a BUY call. The share price kept dropping after this BUY call and make a new LOW today.
