Yes Sir, this is just a small case involving a loan of $245,000 given to former Founder of Yuuzoo pledged with 300,000 Yuuzoo shares. Back then the shares were quite high, so the amt vs shares might seem justified. But as you know the lender was dissatisfied with the deal because they feel that the bank and Yuuzoo chairman bluffed them. Something like this. So I think it is no big deal, unless proven otherwise.

At today' s price, the acquisiton will cost approx $625K value in terms of 7.5 million shares. Very worthwhile to get a company generating $265 mill revenue and $7.4 million EBITDA.
