We have no control of their spending so long as it' s within 10% of the last 5% retained value ($32mil) if based on circular?  I am also thinking that some investors do not know where this 0.0238 is coming from and may mistaken it for dividends, i.e profit sharing?  pkli899      ( Date: 18-Feb-2019 15:49) Posted: Me too! If nothing going on, by end of 6 months, the delisting process starts.     ipolaris      ( Date: 18-Feb-2019 11:03) Posted: Read somewhere and if memory didn' t fail me, by SGX rule, they only have less than one year to clinch any investment deal.    Otherwise, it' s compulsory to delist.  It should be shorter than one year as the delisting process will take a few months to settle but the overall process must not exceed one year.
