Proposed shares consolidation of 5 into 1 share

Dived quite significantly. It' s actually no difference after consolidation, before you own X% of shares, after consol, you own exact X%. Psychologically pple dislike owning less units, but really it doesn' t matter in terms of dividends, etc. Having said that, the co' s not really fantastic, ROE' s positive but not exciting, growth in fact has slowed and is negative qoq so why ppl bid up the stock price goodness knows! In the same industry you could get CW Group Holdings Ltd with more than double the ROE, healthy qoq growth and significant gross margins. This Sunningdale already way overpriced long time ago, it' s just this one news that shot it down to saner levels. |

As a result of the Proposed Share Consolidation, each shareholder of the Company (a " Shareholder" ) will receive one (1) Consolidated Share for every 5 Shares held prior to the Proposed Share Consolidation as at the Books Closure Date, fractional entitlements to be disregarded. |
