Anyway,... I' m glad reading inside here that Tawana' s SpinCo has finally been listed. Shareholders of Tawana get some of these SpinCo shares too. Hoped I' m reading this right, bros,... please correct my understanding if necessary....

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Pramoko and wife no longer substantial shareholders in Alliance Mineral Assets 04/06/18, 08:26 am SINGAPORE (June 4): Alliance Mineral Assets reported that former CEO Tjandra Adi Pramoko and wife Suen Sze Man are no longer substantial shareholders in the company. This comes after Living Waters Mining Australia on Friday sold 37 million Alliance Mineral shares in an off-market transaction for $12.58 million, thus reducing its stake from 5.87% to 0.02% or 104,574 shares. The average selling price per share works out to be 34 cents. Pramoko and Suen are deemed to be interested in the shares as the couple holds 100% of the shares in Living Waters. About 10,000 to 12,000 metric tonnes of lithium concentrate will be shipped before the end of June and the shipment will be proceeded on monthly basis going forward.
