x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Always have doubts if " businessman" talks. I would rather trust more if entrepreneur seek fund for expansion through IPO, rather than rich businessman. This is what I learnt from POSH, and paid by huge losses in POSH.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	POSH chairman, KUOK KHOON EAN said many times during mutiple AGM/EGM that " it will be unethical to take the company private especially the retailed investors had invested in us and incurred losses" . Many minority shareholders (me included) have bought into this stock during the IPO because of the honesty and integrity of Robert Kuok. (EAN' s father) The offer price on the table is less than 20% of the IPO price, 5years ago. All unhappy shareholders are encourage to attend the EGM to VOTEDOWN the OFFER Resolution. With the new SGX delisting ruling whereby the majority shareholder & all concerted parties are not allowed to vote, there is a good chance to WIN so long as there are sufficient shareholders in attendance. GOOD LUCK to all minority POSH shareholders.

So, why would they want to share their profit with others before IPO?
