x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	What is going on Emas? No any quarterly reports, no any news. The parent shell company Ezra has filed chapter 11 in USA! Several people have vested in Singapore stock and what is SGX and Norway on this counter? Any debt restructuring plans or letting it to be taken over like Emas Cheoda? People are running the company as if everything is normal and share holders are left high and dry with suspention. KS Lee is the Chairman and what are board members doing? Either you go down or lift the suspension so that people can cash out? This is utter inaction from SGX who must query Emas of their intentions and future actions. Absalute silence is no solution.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	EOL suspended due to not declaring the quarterly results. When will this entity go belly up? Any news about their chapter 11? These guys must be really strruggling with their day to day affairs with all banks choking any more lendings. People who have vested in this company must have given up. As of now EOL is not in any Chapter 11 situation as that applies to Ezra only and Cheoda. Any one with any news on this? Hoping some life is left in this!!!!!!!!

Ezra is a guarantor to EOL' s various loans and sale and leaseback transactions, and as such, restructuring efforts at Ezra level is relevant as this may have a negative impact on EOL, including a delay in the conclusion of its fund &ndash raising activities - Taking into consideration the discussion above, the outcome of which is uncertain and beyond the control of EOL, it is therefore the view of EOL that to have the audit report signed off without sufficiently more clarity will not be prudent and would entail significant risks" . Furthermore EOL states that " As the delay is caused by circumstances beyond the Company' s control and furthermore that the Company is not able to release the AR2016 report without risking to prejudice its legitimate interests, the Company asks Finanstilsynet to re-consider the need to impose a violation charge given the current circumstances for the company."

As at 30 Nov, EMAS has US$566m loans owing to banks, of which US$242m/US$193m are fully/jointly guaranteed or secured by Ezra. Aside, EMAS also has US$177m of charter-party agreements that are either fully or jointly guaranteed by Ezra. In turn, EMAS owes US$170m to Ezra, of which US$125m was subject to deferred payment over a period of three years.
