The note holders clever. If they accepted the plan, they would become SHAREHOLDER which is ranked last to receive anything. So these note holders basically is forcing the company to sell all it' s assets and they will receive $$$ before shareholders' turn. So i wonder how the company is going to pay the bond holders? unless the boss comes out with his own money
