Compare to other commodities and bitcoin, gold is very undervalued at this point in time
considering that there are many factors in favour of gold
1 High inflation, although FED Powell said that it is transitory, the market is saying otherwise in view of
the increase in price in petrol, housing, coal, gas etc.
2 The increase in M2 money supply due to the various QE
Despite all these, in the short term, gold will be under pressure because of the forthcoming bond tapering in November.
Gold will have to wait till the FED comes up with the actual amount of bond purchase to be reduced per month.

Based on SY May 2021 financial report, their revenue of S$65,026,000 was derived from their gold production of 25,722 ounce of gold x S$2,521 per ounce. Now , if what the experts said are correct that gold price will glitter at US 3,000 or S$4,044 (3,000 × 1.348) per ounce in months, then just by the increase of gold price by $1523 (S4,044 - $2,521) their revenues based on the previous production of 25,722 ounce x $4,044 =$103,930,800 with all assumptions remain the same. That' s being the case, their corresponding increase in revenue is $38,928,200. (i.e $103,930,800 -$65,026,000). That' s the reason why SY is so confident to confirme that operationally SY is profitable. Huat!!! | ||||

The time of releasing the profit guidance on 20 Oct and good news on 22 Oct is only two days gap, that could is the reason why there is no strong up on 22 Oct as retailers are selling on 21 Oct after seeing the profit guidance released on 20 Oct. By the way , on 22 Oct. the overall sale volunne of 0.002 is only 18,000 shares which is only around $36 dollars. Next week Monday will be interesting.

Got a genuine qn, normally before good news are released, insider will start buying and thus will cause the price to edge up slightly or volume to increase slightly.
But this is the opposite for shenyao, the day before the good news about the gold mine was release, column was not fantastic, and price actually drop... A bit the cause for concern

That time dropped becos of gold mine safety issue. Now the problem is solved and Shen Yao also say, it doesn't affect gold mining operation. The downtrend is very limited while uptrend is vast. If BB wants to play , ramp up this stock and suck retailer in will be a better move. While current stock holder will benefit.

Gold rocket from 1783 to 1812
After FED Powell talk down growing inflation risks during an online conference hosted
by the South African Reserve Bank, he said the bank is on track to reduce its monthly bond purchase and he expect
inflation to fall back to 2%, gold dived down to 1743 and recover to 1793
My view is that chances of gold going up are slim until the FED starts tapering and it depend on how much they are reducing its
monthly bond purchase.
Note: if bond purchase is reduced, it will cause the yield and USD to go up. Both are no good for gold

d) Good news that SY has complied with Australia Victoria safety regulations & employment of experienced mining manager with some 30 years of experience
e)Good news that SY has confirmed that they are operationally profitable
f) No risk exposure to real estate & property market & their deal in this segment has lapsed
g) Those investors who have profited for selling of their SY holdings earlier will return for bargain hunting.
h) At the current price of 0.003, there is no more meat to attract shortists

Haha whatever we say about Sinja can say the same thing about SY. C' mon you yourself know that all penny stocks are like this. Dunnoe bout u but I play penny' s technically. That' s the only way you can make money while they' re at this phase. The good ones with good underlying business, such as Rex International, will prove to be better investments in the long run (they' re moving to the mainboard).
