Lee Doo Hee resigned as the Lead Independent Director of Spackman Entertainment Group Limited in December 2024. Would be a test for sgx regco given they reject the deal 2020. Seems like a bailout for charles company listed in canada . Round tripping passing smg from one related charles company to spackman and back to spackman equities.. Entire deal is fishy..

Tis one is governance of the worst kind.. its a shame dbs is ipo manager and sgx regco allows so many discrepancies. Should be delisted and take board and directors to task for shareholders value destruction.. think their directors still serving in other boards to continue their run.. sigh
