Another way to look at it is that after the buyout , the only way for investors to gain access to Capitalmalls Asia' s large shopping malls portfolio is only through buying capitaland' s shares directly |

I THINK. Capitaland takes capmall asia private. later they will sell it to a CHINA tycoon.for much more.......... So when they decides to sell off to make a Huge profits NO need to go thru EGM....shareholders' approval no need less cumbersome and no need to share the loot. See the bigger picture ..? Speculating...........

Unloaded all at 2.98-2.99, loaded some again today at 2.91, will load more next week if drop to 2.8-2.9 which is quite good support for upcoming dividend. Dont think it will drop to 2.7-2.8 before ex-date according to all technical indicators. If STI can shoot up to 3380 this month, Capitaland should be able to break 3 and head to 3.1-3.2. After that will unload all and wait for price drop after ex-date. Weekly chart shows the lowest may be over if it does not drop below 2.7 in May and Jun and bull will start in 2nd half of the year. |
