They park themselves in Singapore while the operations are in China.   They do not have first hand review of the invoices and contracts. They do not pick their finance people.   They do not meet the bank people.   And the worst is that they do not even approve/authorize/control payments. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I am surprised that the IDs and CFO have not taken any legal steps to recover the money.   At the very least, they should have reported to the police in China and Singapore. Would it be dereliction of duties if IDs and CFO discovered serious wrongdoings by Chairman and yet not taking the necessary legal action?
