 Alert Admin 		I don' t see the warrants as anchoring the share price to 6 cents. A number of sophisticated Singaporean funds were willing to subscribe to 60m shares at 6.8 cents at the end of 2025.

 Alert Admin 		The warrants are the main problem. Expiry 1st August 2029. Around 216 million outstanding.Waiting for the Asiabuild and Integrated Aluminium aquisitions to come through.Once that happens, the price will move.

Only problem is there are 224 mil warrants issued with a conversion price of $0.06
Each time it goes up, the warrants are converted and probably sold.
Same pattern every time.
How to go up with such massive warrants around.

Will revisit this stock only when the 200+ mil warrants (dilution effect is massive also) have been fully converted.

GDS Global business is doing well and they have the niche in manufacturing and maintaining shuttle systems.
Really undervalued and good potential.

Why is the share price not reflecting that?
The answer - BBs not in yet.
So if you have the patience, just wait and hope BBs decide to play this up.
Until then, all good news also don' t help.
