By the time the RTO is completed, ur 1000 shares will become only 10 shares. So in the end, ur 1 lots which original worth $200 becomes worth the cash offer of $1.60 + maybe $2 (assuming the share price goes back to pre-suspension price of 20 cents but ur 1000 shares aka 1 lot becomes 10 shares.) x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I don' t know if the Wu family can or cannot vote for reso 2 and 3, ID did specifically say they won' t be voting at all. but the difference between 1 and (2 and 3) is too huge.There should be a recount, or if possible i would like to know who and how many votes voted for and against. I believe there is probably someone or corporation with 10-20% voted for to swing the vote. If this is US, i think we will probably be suing the ID for mismanagment of the company.
