Directors have subscribed the said perpetual capital securies during the IPO as below.

 

Gary Kee Eng Kwee $500k

Lau Wing Tat $50k

Simon Tay $500k

Chris Murugasu $400k

Gay Chee Cheong $500k

Teo Kiang Kok $200k

Lum Ooi Lin $1m

 

I am wondering that are they still holding on it or just put up show during IPO.

 Alert Admin 		Very sad that SGX has keep silent on the yesterday serious plunge in CPS & PerCapSec. At a very least, SGX should query Hyflux and to obtain Directors' opinion.

 Alert Admin 		All the retailers should gang up write to the Directors to request for a statutory opinion on the Hyflux' s ability as a going concern.

​ I did wrote in on 17 Jan 18 but have had received a poor response of which the relationship manager just copied the statement from the quarterly report to shun me off and not responded to my request of Directors' opinion.

Something is wrong as SGX did not query them on the yesterday plunge of CPS or Percapsec. It seems SGX s officers are sleeping and useless.
