SingTel will trade XD on Monday, 17 Dec 2018. Those of you who are planning to cut your positions...or to add to average down... or to go into this stock to do a BUY & HOLD...or to SHORT her, do take a look at what she did after her last 3 XDs which were in July 2018, Dec 2017 and Aug 2017. See what she did on trading XD and focus on whether she managed to subsequently trade back up to the HIGHs of the eve of her XDs... let alone recover to go even higher. if drop already before XD, then XD may drop less than 6.8c if up before XD, then XD more likely to drop more than 6.8c for singtel, very common even after XD drop, will recover back and may go even higher within 1 month after XD ... so no easy answer cannot predict one lah ... all 50 / 50 ... you see got " expert" in a popular thread here talk about " chart" here " chart" there, and end up saying " wait see loh" (马 后 炮 ， 神 准 啦 ) or can up can down those same thing ... so see " chart" might as well throw dice ... both 50/50 same same lah ...

world seems like searching for good dividend paying stock with stable outlook. telco like netlink trust, m1, starhub and singtel good candidates ? so far 4th telco not much action yet. year coming to end already. |
