Mostly good, I think. First no dilution for shareholders. Second big shareholders are monitoring management. The rejection of all resolutions show the we shareholders, big or small are now grown up and would not anyhow support any resolution that they thought were unsound. So back to normal, the business still goes on, hopefull management must worrk hard and produce to stay on board. Any unwelcomed action by it may meet with disapproval. So good direction.. |

The company just release the minutes of the extra AGM. Seems unusual for meeting to get all the proposed item voted out. Shareholder and Management all not in SYN. Soon, it will ended up like Natural Cool. Good opportunity to hunt. |
