The rule in the jungle is there are No Rules. Whenever TarZan is free to call AGM we will hear him shout Orrrr Eeee Orrrr but is held in deep forest of Congo. You want to attend?

BUT SGX didn' t give extension to 31st - they gave a 1 month extension that specifically stated 30th which meant the annual report needed to be released yesterday.  refer to the announcement on 4th may  " Accordingly the Company will conduct the AGM for FY2016 on or prior to 30 May 2017.  " this is now impossible given no annual report has been issued.
