The Townhall meeting was very badly organised, keep on repeating the old mother story-telling and nothing for the new development of reorganisation after two months from the announcement. I did wrote to Hyflux to ask the CEO to let us know what is the best case scenario, worst case and likely case scenario for the reorganisation during the Townhall meeting. But NO response ! NO plan and don' t know what to do. | ||||

U know many retiring civil servants put their money into the perpetual bonds seeking permanent return till death than part. Now no death already parting....how heartache.....some even heart attack!!!!Please do something to help these ppl. If need to take from reserves to help them.....do it!!!

I observed they are so many loust losers in Hyflux , lose money blame EMA, and other gov agencies . Only can win but cannot lose . Like that bettet put theit monies in the banks la. Shame on them . | ||||

Not quite. SG govt. would not do such thing. They would not lost the thrust and "face" to foreign investors . They would buy back at higher price. Or come up some policies to 'tighten' and 'squeeze' to see who give up first.

Knowing the government, I am very sure that in awarding the Tuaspring tender, PUB contract is water tight. If the owner fail to run it, PUB sure can take back without paying single cent. So there is no crisis here. | ||||

Zoo is one of the world best with huge potential. Is making money and It' s revenue can easily double or triple if builds a MRT station there. Also Important for our tourism, young families as well as plane load of ah Tiong sttudents that visit us every year. Temasek sold all the power plants in the past. |

best solution is to create a new spv under temasek' s wing buy over the asset until 2038 hand over to pub who will save one step of vetting the potential buyer. Since temasek can sink $1b to redo our zoo which is not an essential needs to our livelihood, it is only sensible to step in-but at what price? | ||||
