x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Seems like it's much easier for stock price to go down than go up. When bad news announced, price sure drop, when good news, price very difficult to go up. It seems easier to make money from short selling shares than buying shares. I urged ban short selling completely because it disregards fundamental of stocks. My opinion.

Last quarter ER shows really strong balance sheet compared to last year and healthy Gross Margin at 19%. But the problem is SGX is really lagging in terms of volume, so they can easily push the price down since not so much buyer. We expect its 120-140% yoy sales growth to sustain through 2014-15 as 4Q14 revenue is expected to benefit from China and Japan shipment orders. We look forward to its flagship product, Chocolate® PTA, as well as regulatory approvals in Asia as potential near-term catalysts. Maintain BUY and target price of S$0.60. We use a price-to-sales (P/S) target of 10x and assume equal probability that the company can be acquired in 2015 or 2016. Volume today was interesting ( 18M shares traded). Let' s see end of this week if it can keep up with the same daily volume.
