It is about connections - Hence my opinionated conclusion that there is more potential for upside than downside, given the profile of the 2 top guys inside. They have connections to the Politburo. In any case, as with all stocks, all creditors will be paid and stockholders are always the last to be paid should there be leftovers after a company liquidates. So does that mean that we should only invest in stocks where the company has enough assets to pay all creditors, AND shareholders as well

Their gold reserves based on 2019 value previously was 0.004. That' s how I derive aat 0.005 to 0.006 to account for the increase in price since then - No other research this year has been done by anyone.  Yes to the uncertainty on their fund limits. So that remains to be seen.
