Weird trading pattern for Ezra.
Support strongly at 0.1, but trading price is controlled to be below 0.105. Is this a collection from the BBs for next price surge? Or distribution from BBs to the retail traders? IMHO, it looks more like collection??? |

Difficult to tell if Ezra has hot a bottom. Rather see it retesting $0.90 or lower and bounce off for more certainty.

It should be a good deal for LL. Take a look back on Ezra, LL sell house to save the co...rights issue and con market money... all the bad is over for Ezra, now come good news to GORENG up.

We don' t know yet as the price of the deal was not revealed. But I think both LL and Emas are saying it is a good deal and that it provides plenty of funds for strengthening financial position and re-focus company' s business.

hahahaha i like your idea. privatising both... imparement losses for both counter done...NAV drop. limit their offer, debt settle, LL sell house, all sign show LL is preparing cash to do something for Ezra but what happen to EMAS. Their asset is huge and worth the dump. Easily market / investment house willing to jiak all their asset. and easy to sell. :)

More money for the investment is the choice one will make. So if both are equally capable of giving the right returns, why not EMAS? The answer is always the bottomline. I think Ezra is better to privatise. But there is nothing wrong privatising both of them. Lol.

In business there is a choice to make, and surely here it opens the option for LL or anyone eyeing big returns. How much can you make from selling off EMAS after investing extra 15 mio, and how much can you benefit from privatising Ezra to dismantle assets and make the money in either case? Percentage counts. .. lol.

Oil rig count falls for a 4th straight week

The US oil rig count fell by 3 to 351 this week, according to driller Baker Hughes. There haven' t been this few rigs in operation since November 2009. The gas rig count was unchanged at 89, and the combined tally dropped to 440, a new low. Last week, the oil rig count fell by 8, and the gas rig count rose by 1. There were 545 fewer rigs in service compared to roughly the same period a year ago. On Friday release, West Texas Intermediate crude futures in New York fell about 2% to as low as $39.99 per barrel. =========== If Mkt perceive that USA oil production is still going down further after dropping below 9M barrels.. then this will support the oil prices n will set a floor of $40 for Oil... if OPEC and others can get their act together and freeze output by June.. then oil can go above $50 in second half of 2016 and rebalance by 2017.. |
