x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Spackman, Craze Romance    Spackman IPO with private placement at 26 cents on 22 Jul 2014 with total no of shares of 396 million shares. With the repeated swappings for cos which failed to contribute as touted by the managemnet, and at overvalued prices, the total no of shares is 3 times at 1.2 billion and the share price has sunk to 1 cents.  This is because of the overvalued swap, underperforming cos, and managment not being held accountable for their actions in destroying shareholders' values. Instead they have been promoted. Yet the managment who did all the swappings remain and even assumed bigger titles.    The current CEO, Mr Ko was one who when assuming the role of CEO said the shareprice was undervalued, when he sold his swapped shares which he exchaged at 4.6 cents. p The previous interim CEO, Mr. Lee also went on record to state the share price was undervalued from 10 cents to 6 cents and executed share swaps. The previous CFO, Mr. Lim who is now promoted to COO, was responsible as CFO for ensuring the pricings of the swaps. Latelely, the swap for Simplex where the film Jester produced at 11.6 mio only grossed up to 4 mio.  So much for its valuation of swapping shares. Be careful when co announced Crazy Romance hit USD20 mio, like all other box offices before, the contribtitons to bottom lines were  not signficant.  Even when it announced positive contribution, 1 korean won is still positive contribution.  There is nao accounting for all the swaps, what contributions they have brought to the co?  Not to say, the lofty high valuations placed on those cos. M& A, so what happened to all those purported M& A.  The only thing that is constant is continued swapping of cos at greatly overvalued prices and continued underperformances of such cos.    Again this is  not advice to buy or sell the share.  DYODD.    lighter87      ( Date: 25-Oct-2019 18:18) Posted: After swapping and unloading. Unless, the Co announced that Crazy Romance will contribute significantly to the co' s year financials. Then we see the cash and real profits flowing to the company and hopefully, dividends to shareholders.    Instead of diluting swaps for overvalued cos, and also not performing as touted. Where the management, Mr. Ko, Mr. Lee and Mr. Lim not showing their hands in buying the shares, and the Company not doing share purchase, then it is the same old story where it fell from over 20 cents to current 1 cent.  Not enough to eat kimchi.
