DYDD sheerluck      ( Date: 12-Nov-2016 17:57) Posted: Frankly, Yuuzoo can be seens as a super wildcard.   Brexit happened when no one expected it.   DT won when one on expected it.   So similarly Yuuzoo can become the next giant whe neveryone least expected it.   Of course these are a random bunch of crap events that has nothing to do with Yuuzoo' s potential. Anyway, GEM will not introduce Yuuzoo to this deal for no reasons and Rvan will no choose Yuuzoo for no reason.   Whether the reasons are, it will reveal in time to come (and I am guessing one!).   There are two conditions to fulfil for this deal: 1)   Simultaneous completion of Relativity&rsquo s existing corporate debt restructuring and 2)   The Company having obtained SGX approval. Initial payment wise: An initial minimum of twenty seven million five hundred thousand US Dollars (US$27,500,000) (the &ldquo Initial Investment&rdquo ) will be paid based on the following schedule: - Five million (US$5,000,000) will be put into an escrow account which will be treated as the first payment for the Initial Investment (the &ldquo Deposit&rdquo ). If the Conditions Precedent as defined below are not met, the Deposit is returned to the Company. - Twenty two million five hundred thousand US Dollars (US$22,500,000) will be paid within 21 days from the signing of the Agreement, subject to Conditions Precedent.  So from these, we can conclude the followings: - Yuuzoo should have already placed US$5mil into the escrow acct but based on Yuuzoo cashflow, it doesn' t have enough to do that. - but when Yuuzoo announced so loudly that they have immediately signed the deal to become the largest stakeholders of RM, it hasn' t got SGX approval yet. - and once SGX approved (if it does), Yuuzoo got 21 days to cough out US$22.5mil. Frankly, it seems obvious that this deal is unlikely to materialise given Yuuzoo financials and the way things are being done.   But still GEM introduce Yuuzoo to it.   Why? They both knew it and they are both only after one thing.   It is nothing more than a ......... DYDD
