x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sgxnet announcement: 03 December 2015 17:12:24 ISSUE AND LISTING OF 2,682,006 NEW SHARES IN YUUZOO CORPORATION LIMITED Further to its announcement dated 15 October 2015, in relation to the receipt of approval-in-principle from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (?SGX-ST?) for the proposed allotment and issue of new shares as consideration for the acquisition of certain assets of Camigo Media LLC, the Company wishes to announce that it has issued an aggregate of 2,682,006 new shares (the ?New Shares?) today at an issue price of SGD0.185 per share to Camigo Media LLC. Consequent upon the issuance of the New Shares, the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from USD63,207,591 to USD63,234,411. The New Shares have been issued pursuant to a general mandate given by shareholders, obtained at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 May 2015. The New Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in the Company from the date of issuance of the New Shares. SGD496,171, being the value from the share issuance was used for the purchase of mobile games from Camigo Media LLC. The abovementioned issue price was YuuZoo?s closing price on 15 October 2015 being the date of receipt of approval-in-principle. The New Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Board of the SGX-ST, on or about 4 December 2015, and trading of the New Shares are expected to commence from 9:00 a.m. on the same date. I do hope that the fundamentals in other stock markets will eventally also be applied to this counter especially from mid-february 2016 when the FY financials for 2015 comes out. Social Media PE is 26 on average, once Yuuzoo matures with a PE of 26 share price will reach 4.6 S$, no-one can predict when it will happen but if the company continues to perform well it will eventually get there. Here are some PE' s for listed social media companies, for reference only.... Facebook, Inc. For those that can buy & wait out, when Q4 & FY2015 result is out, there is a good chance of seeing a 30c or higher stock for Yuuzoo. My previous prediction in September of between 22c to 25c was exceeded when it hit 26.5c but the too fast rise in price in just 3 days also bring about a big fall in price to current 20.5c/21c. Plus not forgetting they have the New York-based, GEM Global Yield Fund standing by to commit up to SGD30 million in the next 3 years, which Yuuzoo can tap into right up to September 2018.

I can understand that this truth is hard for Mr. didisiaosiao to swallow since he has been trying to talk down this company for over one year, without ever showing any substance or facts. It is a pity that Yuuzoo is listed on SGX which to me seems more like a casino for gamblers than a professional stock market.
