&bull Super Group posted a 5.8 percent year-on-year decline in turnover to $124.6 million for the three months ended 31 March, mainly due to slower branded consumer and food ingredients sales. Don' t panic. As long as the 4 major owners (FE, GSH, Teo Founders & Capital Gp) holding 70% don' t sell there is no need to worry. Co' s profit is real - cash bal of $98m in Spore banks (not PRC). Don' t believe the 30% can create more havoc, as the majority must be watching and ready to counter-attack. With this $98m spare cash, they will soon announce some acquisitions to boost profit and this will be the catalyst for px to go back UP. + Div payout of 50%, easy to recoup invested cost over time. Previously dropped was from $5 to $3 fast and then rebounded to $4 also fast (all happen within 3 mths from Nov 2013 to Jan 2014). |

Yes, 1 for 1 means it will be halved. That being said, It means that Eg: $3 Super Group shares will be $1.50. A person who own 1 lot of SG shares valued at $3 will now own 2 lots valued at $1.50 each (Assuming that the share price remains the same). |
