Given daid that I am quite sure SG sector is still positive, only question is china whereby data is hard to fish / crunch, but i only see that the company involvement recently  is the bond issue ar 3.5%, rest should be min changes, leaving valuation which i dunno. On the bright side china gdp did comes in better above 5%. I wouldn' t say china property  is all bad, the problem which buyer have concern is completion of new housing and not the completed one, nevertheless it' s impact on prcing is still there due to sentiment as well as  financing is high in current environment. my view only   luckyguy3      ( Date: 18-Apr-2024 12:09) Posted: Short Sellers making use of the fact that becos result going to be annouced next week, CL cannot conduct share buyback so they attack and short CL.. So after result out next week, CL can start buy back it' s shares and usually this counter if shortists recover their position will chiong will go up 10 cents or more one..
