If you guys like me to back it up with proof, let me know. I' ll screenshot and post my purchase here to give you assurance and confidence to buy alongside with me. Like I said just now, it is close to its tangible value which I am quite certain it won' t happen again. It is a rare buy. Holding period realistically 1 - 3 months I think is good enough. However, if your time frame is longer the better.

I try not to quote too much of my opinion unless i am pretty much sure, therefore i throw question for ppl to think and decide. Given daid that I am quite sure SG sector is still positive, only question is china whereby data is hard to fish / crunch, but i only see that the company involvement recently  is the bond issue ar 3.5%, rest should be min changes, leaving valuation which i dunno. On the bright side china gdp did comes in better above 5%. I wouldn' t say china property  is all bad, the problem which buyer have concern is completion of new housing and not the completed one, nevertheless it' s impact on prcing is still there due to sentiment as well as  financing is high in current environment. my view only

Guys, if you look at the Daily Short Sell Report for yesterday, you would notice an unusually high short sell volume. This means a short squeeze is impending! Buy and hold now and wait for the short sellers to pump up the price.
