The key word here is ' when the selling is over' . Is it also related to the resignation of a top executive recently, that he has to sell his shares when he resigned? Will there be an indication when the selling is over? Why isn ' t RWS doing a share buyback?

True. For simple minded people like me, its more comfortable sitting on stocks that are hitting ATHs than bag holding stocks shitting on 64 week lows :). Of cos, you have plenty of this experience at losing so that makes you an expert.
