And even with the SPAC offers in SGX, would Grab still interested to list here through SPAC? Hehehe... The " smart pros" , better think hard and find out where are the real problems here...

Bill Gate worried... and what our " smart pros" here have not seen what he saw?   fatpanda      ( Date: 09-Apr-2021 08:45) Posted: Panda just saw this headline on yesterday BT.... And shake head again.... Ang Mohs did what and here wants to follow. But, here has turned a blind eyes to the numbers of " good" companies delisted here in past 1 to 2 years. The most recent case is Sunningdale Tech. Here cannot even keep these companies and still want to accquire other " good" companies to come through SPAC? Do you think those companies would be good for the investors here? It might end up like " China boom" in around year 2000. Many bad companies came to list here with the help of many " con pros" , and the investors got conned, and these bad companies ended up bankrupted, suspended and delisted with very low delisted price, and some, zero return to the investors. So, do not simple belive what people tell and present to you, even those so called experts, pros or qualifed personals. Normally, these people done it with certain purposes. Do your own analysis and studies before you decide to invest.

Also, one lady lived in Canada who talk about US stocks in youTube almost everyday, used Futu to trade for years also recommended Futu. We enjoys lower commission that save us on trading costs. They got our deposit in advance so that they arealmost " risk free" when we trade through them. And, they can earn extra money by loaning out the custody shares to others for shorting, and also loan us the money via leverage for trading. That could be the main income to them, as the load interests and fees are much higher than collecting the transaction fees from us.  So, i believe they would not simply kill the golden gooses by raising the trading commission/fee. If the do it, then, we just sell off our stocks in futu, take back the our money and go elsewhere that welcome us with the perks.

Futu has an " AI monitor" on the market that under monitoring, and suggested the potential trade based on their trading algorithms.  See below. And, the shares that you buy under Futu trading account, would be kept by Futu, and not in your CDP account. So, it means, you can only sell the bought shares through Futu, and not through other brokers. Is you sells these shares from your other broker accounts, then it would ba a " naked sell" because the share is not held in your CDP account.  So, be careful to sort it out which stocks to sell, and from which trading account if you have Futu with you.
