Read all the analysts/broking houses/etc reports/recommendations throughout this 2018. Nearly all reports had recommend BUY on nearly all counters throughout this year, and even till today. Despite nearly all crashing to new 52-wk lows. They all cut their TP only after the stock prices have crashed bway below their recommended TP. What a joke. Never ever listen to anaylsts, they have many motivations to write what they wrote.

Best to split into at least 3 counters. Soilbuild is a very weak Reit due to falling occupancy and falling profits. It' s also a small Reit.  Some investors are simply hoping that some bigboys will buy over the Reit one day, but to me dividend investors should not rely on Hope. Have you looked at Aims Amp Reit which pays 7.86% at todays price now. Or IReit Global that pays 7.93% now. Or Ascendas Hosp Trust that pays 7.61% now. Frasers Log & Ind Trust pays 6.92% now. The above are all good, fundamentally strong stocks that AK holds substantial amounts and which he explains why to readers.

Kit is at 52weeks low. Pay out quarterly dividend and. 093 cents and the acquisition of ixom to be completed in first quarter 2019 will increase revenue and potentially higher pay out.

What the hurry. You may not have alot of money but u have alots of time. I cannot comment as I not vested in this 2 reits. If u looking for a dividend of 7%. My best bet is kit business tryst and fraser commercial.

Logistics properties are the rage going forward. Therefore the trend for Log Property Reits look bright. Capitaland & Temasek are furiously acquiring logistic properties overseas.

Yes i admit am greedy but not to the extent of all way out that risk me completely. Now am burnt and the only way to recoup is by dividends from reits which is a respectable 7 % and above so the time frame of recovering is faster. Could not think of any other ways. Is 2 reits with higher dividend like soilbuild and esr enough for a start and when the amount its more substantial get the more safer but lower yield reits like mapletree to diversify my portfolio? | ||||

Brian.. Everybody is greedy. You have a mindset of investing. Anything can happen. If u buy a stock today at $5000 and tomorrow the value becomes $300. Can u simply live on and chase the other $$$$. I believe your answer is yes.. Than u are good to go for more investment. They are always 2 decisions in buying stock. When to buy and when to sell. You may guess 1 right but not always though. I think the key is patient and choose a good company to invest in.

Good amount.. I do favour Mapletree x 3 reits.. Dividend paid out is increasing with good financial report and is stable. I think most of the reits are alr at very low price. Is a good time to be vested.

Depends how much capital u have?? Or u can choose reits thst paid quarterly pay out and spilt in different segments like commercial, industrial, retails and hospitality.. So it will be more diversify
