x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	NOL must be confidant of securing the required amount that may be the reason they would have quoated a partiicular price to TH ... so don' t think at this time they would be looking to raise funds...seems only documentation work can be done in 2 weeks at the most. ??  because once it is declared to public that it is sold ... and anything goes wrong in the documentation then they cannot reverse the decion ..
