I think RS like the whole sg mkt is going to stagnate for quite a while. The current exchange rate is not favourable for RS as the dividend and any special dividends is quoted in Malaysia sen and not Singapore currency. 3 sens plus another proposed 7 sens special dividends is peanuts when compared to those given to Samudera. That may be the reason why it is not able to surmount the 70 cents barrier convincingly.

Given the optimistic outlook FY24 by Mr wong & coupled with chip sector recovery, RS is well positioned to ride the trend Also looking fwd to higher dividend payout for FY24 All these wl reinforce RS price to go higher |
