 Alert Admin 		Today opened at 0.590 and closed at 0.585  same as yesterday.' s close. 

Earliest year ending  30th June  Financial Report was last year on 11th Aug 2020.
The other years were  fr Aug 23rd to 26th.  When will this year report be released?....wait and see....

 Alert Admin 		UG has $50m cash as reported in last qtr. By end Fy21, may have about 70m to 80m easily. Whether giving out as dividend or keep more for biz expansion, believe mgtm will make the right decision. We will know when results are out.. soon.

UG Healthcare is still growing and will need the cash on hands to expand manufacturing capacity and distribution network. Do not think they will give out that much of dividend, but use the money for expansion later. This company does not come to the market to raise money from existing shareholders or dilute us regularly and as the long time shareholders before the stock split have already been rewarded many folds last year. 

My thoughts: do not kill the goose that lays golden eggs. Comparing UG with the other listed peers, the production capacity is really still very small.    The company has been building businesses and proven to us that they have been growing. The pandemic gave them a boost, but they did not go ahead and declare big dividends to pay themselves or aggressive expansion plans like the others. 

I would rather UG continues to do well in their business and gives sustainable dividends every year, than to give a one time 3 cent dividends and then raise money from shareholders. The share price will still go down if the rubber glove sector continues to be negative. If anyone wants to have good dividends, should just buy reits... but reits will do rights to raise money from shareholders to buy buildings. No free lunch in this world.

We started out as a rubber glove manufacturer with a single production line in 1989. After three decades, we have grown to become an established rubber glove manufacturer with two manufacturing plants and an extensive global distribution platform for our products.

FOCUS ON QUALITY & PRODUCTIVITY



We adopted a prudent strategy with a long term view. Rather than risk over-extending ourselves in a race for production volume, we decided to focus on improving product quality and range and maximising productivity.
  • In 1997, we were certified by The TUV Cert Certification Body of Rheinich Westfalischer TUV for conformance with the requirements according to ISO9002/ EN ISO 9002 / MS ISO 9002 on our quality management system for the manufacture and supply of latex examination gloves.
  • In 2003, we were subsequently certified by the same body for compliance with ISO 9001:2000 on our quality management system for the manufacture and supply of both natural latex and nitrile powder and powder-free examination gloves.
  • We also obtained certification from the Malaysia Rubber Board for our powder-free gloves in 2000 and our powder gloves in 2005.
  • In 2009, we obtained ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certified by URS: UKAS on quality management for the manufacturing and supply of natural latex and nitrile latex examination gloves.
  • In 2015, we were certified by BSI (UKAS) for compliance with requirements according to ISO 13485:2003 & EN ISO 13485:2012 on our quality management system for the manufacture and supply of natural latex and nitrile latex examination gloves and in 2018, we have renewed with latest ISO 13485:2016 & EN ISO 13485:2016.
  • In 2015, we were certified by BSI (ANAB) for compliance with requirements according to ISO 9001:2008 on our quality management system for the manufacture and supply of natural latex and nitrile latex examination gloves and in 2018, we have renewed with latest ISO 9001:2015.
 

DEVELOPING AN INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM



In 1989, we made our first foray into the international market by venturing into the US and established our US distribution company. Shortly after in1990, we continued our international expansion by incorporating our German distribution company. We went on to successfully build and develop our Germanand US distribution platforms.

In 2000, we established our UK distribution company to continue our expansion into other parts of Europe.

The emergence of the PRC as an economic power in the 1990' s encouraged our Group to establish our own distribution company in Shanghai in 2002. In 2014, we subsequently established another PRC distribution company in Beijing to continue our expansion in the PRC.

To increase our penetration in the emerging markets, we identified the African continent as the next major region of growth and established our presence in Nigeria in 2012.

In 2014, we established our distribution platform in Brazil to expand in the fast growing South America market.

Currently, we distribute our products to more than 50 countries, including Germany, UK, US, France, Switzerland, PRC, Japan, Canada, Brazil and Nigeria through our distribution platform and third party distributors.  

POISED FOR RAPID GROWTH



We spent the last three decades developing our technical know-how, a distribution platform and cultivating our " UNIGLOVES" brand to secure demand for our products. Having successfully implemented these strategies, we continued our manufacturing capacity expansion.

Through our two manufacturing plants, we are currently capable of producing approximately 3.2 billion pieces of examination gloves per annum. We will continue to expand this capacity to complement and support our global distribution business.

 Alert Admin 		Today opened and closed at 0.585  (highest was 0.590 and lowest 0.575). 2.7m shares exchanged hands mostly at 0.585.
Those who bought at this price naturally believe that it will go up fr  next week onwards...

 Alert Admin 		Sadly Riverstone only go up 0.7 cent fr yesterday close of 0.121. As of now 1.27 as at 10.56am. Strange.....infact opening today was 1.29 and drop to now 1.27.
Good results but price did not jump. Maybe later or next week... to have improvement....UG on the other hand goes up 1.5 cents against yesterday...fr 0.570 to 0.585

Within a year, UG rebounded 4-5 times when it reached $0.55. I believe it is the strongest resistance line, and buying near this point is considered absolutely cheap.
