I just happen to know maritime lawyers in the US and some of them are based in Houston. This is not insider news. All lawsuits are open to the public in the US. I' m just surprised that Ezra has not made any announcements on this to SGX. Thought their IR is always first to announce contracts with lots of fireworks but when comes to bad news like this, they keep quiet. Default in charter hire payments is not the same as being sued in lawsuit. To do these kind of projects, cash flow must be strong so that they can execute projects until milestone completion. But right now even small suppliers have stopped supplying due to non payment. It doesn' t bode well at all. this happened to Swiber last time before they closed shop. It' s almost like deja vu all over again.  The stars are getting aligned. Seems that it' s not a matter of if, but rather when.

Ezra have been focus too much in deep sea support....difficulty in diversify pnuklis      ( Date: 26-Jan-2017 16:54) Posted: I thought crisis ended when they resolved the bond issues when they agreed to push the dates further by giving few cents and increased interest rate to holders.
