In so far, I would say Better is the best here providing lots of factual evidence to support his stance. I am in the money now but will be holding as I agree with you BB had collected a lorry loads of shares. By moving up to 9 series is not interesting for them and they need to probably move it up after 11 and hopefully time with good news and churn up volumes to slowly offload and hopefully another batch of Bb take over and not just distribute to retailers. 8 series wave is safe to ride which Better, ManFred and few positivists have supported and rallied for a long while. If company SCM needs KC more, then SCM comes from a position of weakness.  KC comes from a position of strength.  The longer it takes for the deal to be sealed, the more it looks bad for SCM. Last year, many people have advised to sell SCM and move to KC.  Look at the positions now.  Still want to argue for the sake of argument?  Facts dont lie!

Given the $1.1b of cash and more capital inflows this year, the terms of exchange can only be better, not worse. SM is no longer a Sick Man, I saw him wearing his Red underwear outside and his hands raising upward on March 2nd. Time has changed. You can Quote me. Even tomorrow morning, you find your Bird missing, don't ask, wife wife, what happens to my Bird, just Quote me. Consider the worst scenario where SM have to cough out $500m to KOM, let me reiterate that a Rights issue will NEVER EVER HAPPEN. Even if it does, it's totally irrelevant. After the merger, the money still belongs to SM anyway. Like I said before, after marriage, everything is shared, everything from head to toes, no vital parts are spared. You can Quote me again if it's not. In short, the concern about no contracts, Rights issue and an unfavorable terms of exchange are totally unfounded. So is still a MOU.. unless u tell me that MOU is not valid or they have another updated non-binding MOU. They are discussing the deal based on that  non-binding MOU...  When is finalised then is a binding MOU.. tat' s why is a discussion.. thats why is a non-binding MOU. So the $500M is a starting point for them to discuss.. the final amount may be $1billion or $100M.  So I given u 2 scenario to choose: I think I have to repeat here. Scenario 1) Keppel sell it s asset to SCM and give SCM $$$ (maybe $100M or $500M or $1B) to SCM as working capital as SCM will be managing the new entity Scenario 2) Keppel sell its asset to SCM and SCM has to come out with the $$$ to the new entity as working capital as SCM will be managing the new entity. Refer to the roast duck example. If this is a binding MOU, I will not be using roast duck example becos binding MOU means a deal has been reached.
