someone rate my post on pins not useful again... alamak... dont be sad even if you lose money in sgx and come here to vent anger. money is just a tool, money lost can be earned again. i am not even saying anything about shares of some companies like s-chips or those sgx pennies... u know i know, some of their board of directors also not sure come from where, or some cfo are 30yrs old chap there to just submit annual reports to sgx. and countless of such companies can just suddenly suspense and close shop... this is PINS with legit business model with growing user engagement and high ad conversion turnover. it is instagram but on a turbo engine on its ad revenue. its market cap is 29B with annual rev over 1B. if you try to run a business before, u will know how hard it is to even have 1M turnover let alone 1B. i dare say it is even a delicious acquisition target by other tech mammoth in the crowded e-commerce and social platform.

Hi Vic,
PINS is the best performer amongst the 4 stocks I bought following your recommendations. I have small holding and should have bought more when it retrace after I bought. Never seen anything like this before! I bought Nio quite late but its also up! |

I have some, this pins is riding green among the sea of reds. but strong stock no scare. special thanks for vic too. do research into how pins is going transform their pins sharing into powerful ad conversion that marketers love. they are many social sharing platforms, but how many have accelarated growth in their ad conversion like pins. look at ETSY last night too... up 10% riding against the red corrections.

Hello all How do you decide whether to sell half of your multibagger stocks that Vic has recommended? Such as PINS etc. I have a small position in some of them and am in a dilemna now, If I sell some to lock in my profits, the remaining concentration is too little that even if it runs up the profit is not much. Please advise. I remember Vic saying we should sell half when it hits our target of 30% to 50%, but I am not so sure with regards to these kind of stocks? |

Dont let mkt news of covid scare u,, it is not abt covid,, it is all about the stimulus,, it is all about liquidity, regardless who is President, liqudity is the real President,, no liquidity stock will fall hard. simple. so just stay tuned and stay focus, and above all stay vested,,dont read news, be assured u will be fine soon. Good for u, in fact i notice fund are buying in strong lately n share here,, nevermid if u miss this PINS.. just dont hate yourself for missing buying cheap during this period of time.. As i shr before, i expect volatitlity and i will not be selling but look to buy cheap, now hope FB and Azmn come down hard enough for me to buy. and also those sitting on those new share stock , u maybe sitting on huge losses of some 30% or more like say DKNG, either buy more or do nothing, just sit it out, they will come back, and i will not shr till next week, i will be away for some times, and yes,, those solar stock too,, FSLR have do well,, hope the rest will do as well.. many stock have do well, like ETSY PINS FVRR TWLO but CHGG just miss the earning a little but i am holding and buying more later, next i expect PTON INMD and NVTA to do well too. PLUG and DDOG later i think 8/11 see u later next week. no worry the correction, it was expected i told u so. May u all be well..

At this stage with Republicans negative views on a bigger stimulus well known (they don' t like spending big), they have declared a recess of the Senate until after the US Presidential Election. If after the Election Results: Scenario 1: The Democrats take the Senate (there are some seats up for grabs) & the White House, they can only execute their reforms after Joe Biden takes office. And correct me if I' m wrong but that' s only in 20th Jan of the following year after the election. The Republicans may invoke scorched earth policies, especially if they lost both the Senate and the White House, by delaying any actions on further Stimulus. Scenario 2: IF the Republicans maintain control of the Senate and lose the White House, this also makes it hard to pass the Stimulus. Because every damn proposal will be shot down on the Senate Floor, and will not reach the White House. Scenario 3 (Nightmare): Trump wins the White House, but Democrats capture a majority in the Senate. This will be terrible for a policy standpoint as we' ll see a bunch of children arguing in Washington DC. Trump will be shooting down proposals from the Democrat-controlled Senate, and can' t pass any of his promises written into policies, as Democrats shoot it down at Senate Level. So thus Scenario 1, a " Blue Wave" seems to be the best (not perfect) solution.
