This is a solution that is brought up by SMM board and they will seek the endorsement of the major shareholders. Do you think when the share price was pushed up to above 0.2, TH is not aware of the rights at 8c? The big boys hold all the cards. Thats why retailers suffered if they didnt sell at 0.2 and above. Back then, he was very confident that with the backing of TH, SMM has seen the worst and will move up in time to come. Thats why he was so bullish and kept saying it will hit $0.3 here. Unfortunately, he got played out by TH and forced to sell SMM at a low price. Fast forward to today, TH still major shareholder of SMM, but many retailers has lost money due to the rights. Ckmpd has also completely changed his stance on SMM even though SMM is still the biggest shareholder. In a big fish eat small fish world, who do you think will make money at current price. Definitely not people like ckmpd and his clones.
