A " seasoned" reit investor should know that. But how can a " seasoned" investor not know what goes into the IPO process to even say that there was no valuation numbers produced prior to IPO. The deal would not have even gone through if that is the case. This Bobby is so dumb.

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	remember just a few days ago, I said, opportunities dun come with roses on a silver plate. this was quick. a few ppl were not afraid to say they bought at 6x, 5x, based on their own analysis on financials, I give them credit those saying the obvious after the fact, like sgbuffet, dun even deserve a read. this counter even at 5x is still opportunity, if you dun think it's a fraud. To me, I said it a few times already: this is a weak sponsor, not a fraud.
