Some stocks hve even gone bankrupt and delisted by now. Not to say SCM won' t merge or GO or Privatise, but it' s best to take it with a huge ladle of salt. With global climate change, the demand for oil will fall overtime for sure.  In the short term, geo-political tension and trade wars between countries will dampen demand for oil. In short, oil long term outlook is bleak.

There is no point for Temasek to hold 2 entities in similar industry now.
