Yes my charts are dividends adjusted, therefore my all time highs and all time lows will be different from those non dividend adjusted chart.

Sure it can be a false break out, we will see, do remember it is a continuation pattern, meaning the underlying trend which is up is another suggestion this pattern has a higher chance of being valid. No technician uses only a single pattern.
