SMM project managers are still capable of doing the jobs, if not they should have already been fired.  The differences are Keppel maybe be delivering projects with better KPI, which might came from alot of different factors. The group expects to continue incurring losses for 2H2021 despite the progress it has made in managing project completion delays. For the third quarter of 2021 (3Q2021), Sembcorp Marine has faced additional challenges. These include delays in the delivery of equipment due to border controls, slow recruitment of skilled labour, resignations of current skilled workers, and work disruptions arising from COVID-19 measures. The above has resulted in further project delays and escalated costs over the next three to nine months. The profit warning highlights the tough situation the group is facing even as it attempts to pivot its business towards the clean energy sector. The offshore and marine giant recently concluded its  second rights issue  in a year, but with continued losses, its balance sheet may face continued strain. It&rsquo s conceivable that if the losses do not let up, Sembcorp Marine may have to resort to a third rights issue next year.

What questions here are the top and board management who make the commercial and critical decision and setting up the strategy and company cultures. Managers, engineers subcontractors and workers who put in hard works shall not always be the one suffering through retrenchment due to poor decision making and poor leadership. Merge between the companies, the top and board management are the one to compete and leave in next 1-2 years after merge. This is a solution that is brought up by SMM board and they will seek the endorsement of the major shareholders. Do you think when the share price was pushed up to above 0.2, TH is not aware of the rights at 8c? The big boys hold all the cards. Thats why retailers suffered if they didnt sell at 0.2 and above. Since you seem to be so unhappy with Smm, why are you still holding on?
