Usually coy spin off a son coy the mother share not performancing...eg Declout Terratech Tat Hong all died after spinned of it subsidary....

Share price is weak....hope after it consolidation, it will move up soon. Been to Q & M in Sembawang lately, walk in and the staff still manage to get me a slot to see the dentist. Just that the dinner time for the dentist will be shorten. :) :) Buy for the long term....... |

SINGAPORE (July 14): Maybank Kim Eng is reiterating its " buy" recommendation and target price of $1.08 for Q& M Dental Group despite detecting accounting improprieties at its Johor Bahru clinics. Q& M said on Wednesday it had uncovered improper conduct in its JB dental business operations held under subsidiaries Q& M Dental Surgery (Molek) and Q& M Dental Surgery (Austin). |

Interestingly, the share price corrected even after announcing a major earnings accretive acquisition and received upgrade in TP by Maybank KE. Valuations of the company do not look cheap and there seems to be a head and shoulder formed, resistance at 76c. |
