Even if close at 0.099, from 0.082 last Friday, it is an upside of 0.017. but today closed at 0.102, today up 0.009 and last Friday up 0.011, total of 0.02 or 24% upside. I think there's more to come, with the sold down done by FR from over 11cts to 0.082cts, way oversold positions. If can break 11cts, may be a good sign for its share price in the future. All thanks to FR for the past selling and current savage by KepCorp with its cooperation and support. Dyodd. Vested. Waiting for breakeven on my very first batch of 12cents. Lol.

Lol. Are you joking ? The ceo of Kris was appointed by Keppel crop . They just sign an agreement with Kris energy and and subscribe to their issues with excess . It?s quite obvious Temasek has the intention of making Kris energy her main play in upstream O and G to take advantage of the oil recovery . Anyway they will have to make an announcement if they sold their shares but they won?t .

Even at current level, it is still far too low from its average price or NAV. If KepCorp wants to take it private, would have announced by now and perhaps trading halt. So, don't think that will happen. Still not sure who bought that 270M shares, and whether was it FR that sold it? But, generally, it's position now is much better, after the 270M shares sales, KepCorp cooperation announcements. And as someone already mentioned, Kris energy is intending to sell a stake of its Cambodia site or farm out, to get more cash in returns or in a better financial position. This was previously mentioned by the company itself. I am looking for the performance in this whole week and we may see how things go, how the SSH or BBs want to play this game. Dyodd. Vested. | ||||

I am holding on 2.2 and I am not cashing out yet . This counter has the potential to go all the way when it?s turn around is completed . The announcement just shows you what kind of backing it has and how it will always survive despite the rough winds . With oil trading around $65-$70, With Keppel Corp as the backer and DBS as the financier , Kris future looks secure . The critical part now is to sell part of its Cambodian concession to an oil giant.

Another positive sign, sorry for those irritated by me, is that Kris is not actively discussed in this or other forums, indicating that the buyers today are busy with buying than posting or they are institutional investors or a group of investors not in this or other forums. The share price has recovered from the low of 10c today to 10.4 now. 44m shares traded as at 11 am is alof of shares for Kris. It rarely trades above 50m shares a day. And in the past when over 40m shares are traded, FR will come in to sell. FR is history. Technically, 11.0 to 11.5c is a critical zone, which if broken, will see the shares rising to 13 to 15 level. I' m quite positive we will get there (to the 13-15c zone) soon. Hopefully. Huat-ahh.... | ||||

So, no trading halt and no announcement of new SSH. We can rule out Keppel being the buyer. The new SSH must therefore be someone who is not keen to announce right away and therefore should not be a very strategic investor. The share price movement may be reflecting this. The buyer, in the worse case, is a relatively unknown fellow, maybe another PE fund. Even in the worse case, it is positive because the new PE fund may be keen to sell after holding on for another 12 to 36 months and perhaps with a profit of at least 30% (just wild guesses). Today price action saw 10.6 as the high before falling to 10.0. My wild guess is FR still have some residual shares to sell, causing some weakness. I' m adding at this level because I don' t think we will see anything below 9c again. | ||||

the volume hasnt been very high when its was trading below 9 cents.. so i dont think theres alot of contra players. most of them selling might be those holding for quite sometime cashing out.. | ||||
