 Alert Admin 		Haha, I think most in vestors know it and price still holding....investors are beginning to separate the chaft from the husk.  Are you really concerned?  Investors are adults
and really should do their own homework in deciding what is investible or not, be it banks, industrials, oil, reits or gloves stocks.

 Alert Admin 		RS have dividend to support the price, it will not drop yet until May when dividend due, what make you think it will
go to 0.50? RS is making high end operation gloves which is different from other glove company

 Alert Admin 		I observe EW apply only when in active trade day. Now volume back to the usual... It all up to BB. BB can jerk n many will take cautious n take profit first.
If BB don't do anything n hold, price will be stable. But often before dividend BB will do something to maximise profit.
Anticipate whoever pumping the stock price for better decisions making

RIVERSTONE Holdings' Riverstone : AP4 -5.24% wholly-owned subsidiary has acquired 6 parcels of leasehold industrial lands in Perak, Malaysia from I-R & D Sdn Bhd and I-Berhad for RM17.6 million (S$5.7 million).
 
The 6 parcels of lands - which are located at the Kamunting Industrial Estate - have a total land area of approximately 7.4 ha, Riverstone said in a bourse filing on Monday (Mar 21).
 
The acquisition was funded from internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2022, it added.
 
The purchase consideration was arrived at based on commercial negotiation on a willing-buyer-willing-seller basis, taking into account the market value of similar properties in the area.
 
The glove manufacturer said the acquisition of the industrial parcels is to " support the expansion of production capacity for gloves and the group' s operations" .
 
" None of the directors of substantial shareholders of the group has any interest, direct or indirect, in the acquisition of industrial land, save through their shareholding in the company" .

Based on the FY2021 results, the net profit for Q4 is RM110 million. As the ASP of healthcare glove in Q4 is almost normalised, we can expect similar earnings this quarter and the 2nd half of the year.  Even if we use a factor of 20% less, we should be able to see a profit estimate of 350m (i.e 4x110mx0.8).

Remember that the production capacity will be 12 billion pieces this year and that RS continue to be dominant in the niche cleanroom glove business.
