So whatThe coronavirus pandemic has driven a broad surge in engagement for e-commerce platforms throughout the year as consumers shifted purchasing patterns away from brick-and-mortar stores toward online alternatives. The prospect of an effective vaccine may reduce or reverse that trend if people are able to go back to safely shopping in physical retail stores. Sea has two primary segments: digital entertainment and e-commerce. The digital entertainment segment, which publishes mobile games, has also enjoyed a surge in engagement as people need entertainment while staying home -- quarterly active users jumped 61% last quarter. Gross orders in the e-commerce business soared by 151% and gross merchandise value (GMV) skyrocketed by 110% in the second quarter. While an effective vaccine could hypothetically put a dent in those growth rates, management noted on the last earnings call that certain markets that successfully combated the virus like Taiwan still saw " heightened" growth that was stronger than pre-COVID-19 levels. Now whatPfizer and BioNTech are still conducting clinical trials of the vaccine candidate and currently believe they may be able to produce 50 million doses this year before ramping production to 1.3 billion doses in 2021. The companies plan to submit for Emergency Use Authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration within a few weeks. About NIO, it is not necessarily u got to sell as u are looking to long, but if u want to then sell half, to take advantage, u may sell. in case it did not turn out, u only lose so much and u can jump back in any time on dip too.. |

Yes i did, About NIO.. if many are looking at good earning to sell after report, then most likely the selling will come first before the earning, I think so, pls dyodd. but long term NIO is still a good long stock,

NIO i sold half, it does not mean it is gone case, i still see 50/60 2021, but if a stock rise too fast up 100% in a month, it is likely subject to correction, nothing go up in a straight line, look TSLA too, so nothing wrong for me to sell half, |

If u look at chart of nasdaq, way back, tech was already doing well before covid of 2020,, except the deep correction in end 2018 and of course recent march sell down of all market,,, so why the different now is bizarre and weird, i think it is market herd mentality at work, and soon we will be back to sanity with tech stock, be assured, Got someone ask and PM shd i buy? I am buying of course, it is up to u, nothing have change, they were doing well long time before covid, so why shd they do badly with the vaccine and post covid,, i expect post covid they shd be even better, i will buy more FVRR and TWLO 2 of my favourite. |

I do have those stock too,, but tech stock is the best runner to date, MA V UBS MGM and many more,, so tech side down , is offset by these stock, though Tech stock is still up big time in my holding, i think tech stock will not go away,, they are the future.

How can a vaccine change the way people do thing so fast? Ridiculous, vaccine out all deicde not to use NFLX and go out shopping rather than do online? Mind you, way back to 2017 those stock was doing well, even without covid, so they are definitely not coivd play like those medical stock,,SHOP MELI FVRR, and many more,, i will buy some later, |
