 Alert Admin 		10.2 now, very likely below 10c next week and maybe 7.5c to 8.5c when FR finishes selling. No blackout for FR. It will just keep selling and selling and selling and selling.

 Alert Admin 		it means they can be the god or can be the ghost too. As long as they buy sell within the 1% point they dont have to declare.
They whack 10mio up to push the share price up and then slowly dump it down again.

 Alert Admin 		I went through KE' s IPO prospectus. The section under risks talked about many things except FR mandatory sellout date. This is an oversight. FR selling is a significant risk. I don' t think we can expect the toothless SGX or SIAS to do anything. Then again, the selling is going to benefit people who buy low. I think KE is undervalued. I also think it should or could go significantly below 10c. Only when FR sells with less than 10% will we see an end. This is because when their holding is around 10% and if the share price is low (for example 7c), multiple parties will approach FR to take out the remainder. FR can then in one trade place out most of their shares and the selling is all but complete. Of course those who take up FR' s share placement may sell but at least their timing may be longer. So I' m going to buy more when FR' s stake is near 10%.

Even the worst scenario if privatization, the offer price shall value above the NAV.

I think this FR is absolutely disaster. Perhaps the regulator should step in to request for explanation from the management and not simply allow the company to dump it shares everyday. How can FR continues to do that without a clear explanation and succumb the pain by the small investors without any merits.
