Here is an announcement on 29th June this year regarding UG increasing its Singapore marketing subsidiary investment to 26m. This will not impact the earnings for year end 30th June 2021 as stated in their announcement.. The earlier investment was 4m and the pump in 22m via 22m subscription of ordinary shares at $1 each. They priced the share at $1 .....so the share price should be worth more than the 50.5 cents ....food for thought. Also it also means their business should increase as this is the expansion of their marketing department. Besides their 3rd factory completing soon...supposed to complete by June this year but delayed.Wait for 27th Aug evening announcement...full year financial report plus progress of 3rd factory.... INCREASE OF INVESTMENT IN A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY - UGHC MARKETING PTE. LTD. The board of directors (the & ldquo Board& rdquo or & ldquo Directors& rdquo ) of UG Healthcare Corporation Limited (the & ldquo Company& rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the & ldquo Group& rdquo ) wishes to announce that the Company has increased its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, UGHC Marketing Pte. Here is past 6 months Chart....30th April 2021 it was 0.72, 6th Aug i 0.59 and now 0.505....coming Mon? and rest of next week? The average price is not 0.505...should be higher and a good financial result should propel the price higher...ideally...Wait and see.... |

Based on past records...the 52 wk low for UG was 0.500. So today' s 0.505 is near bottom The 52 wk high was 2.77 before the stock split. After the stock split into 3, the price was 0.92 . Now we are at 0.505. A long way to go. Next Fri evening 27th Aug financial report. may rocket the share price..hopefully......on Mon 30th Aug... A warm up next week would be good... |

Need a rest....wait for financial results end of next week.....mkt players like to bring down the share price....drop to 0.505 again....next week should recover....I guess the traders were happy to buy low and sell high.....we have no control...just have to wait....

Other Glove counters are not doing well..Riverstone open at 1.24 and went down to 1.23 as at 9.55am and Top Glove open at 1.24 and now still 1.24 UG hv gone down to 0.520 same as openeing. A chance to recover as it hv gone up to a high of 0.535 earlier.... |
